These terms and conditions govern the purchase of products through the BÖZEQ website.

- Input of personal and shipping data
- Payment method selection
- Order confirmation
Once the order is confirmed, the user will receive a confirmation email.
4. Prices and taxes
- All prices are expressed in euros (€)
- Prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
- Shipping costs are shown before you finalize your purchase.
BÖZEQ reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, always respecting orders already confirmed.
5. Payment methods
We accept payment methods available on the Shopify platform, including:
- Bank card
- Other methods enabled at checkout
Payments are handled by secure external platforms.
BÖZEQ does not store bank details.
6. Shipping
- Delivery times are estimates
- BÖZEQ is not responsible for delays attributable to the transport company
- The risk is transferred to the customer at the time of delivery.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current regulations, the user has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for legally excluded products.

The product must be returned in perfect condition and unused.
8. Returns and refunds
- The refund will be issued once the product has been received and inspected.
- The same payment method used for the purchase will be used.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of error attributable to BÖZEQ
9. Legal guarantee
The products have the legal guarantee established by current regulations.
The customer must notify any defects within a reasonable time.
10. Responsibility
- BÖZEQ is not responsible for:
Misuse of products - Damage resulting from improper use
- Subjective expectations not reflected in the product description
11. Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the website.
12. Modification of conditions
BÖZEQ reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time.
The applicable conditions will be those in force at the time of purchase.
13. Legislation and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute will be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the consumer's domicile.
