At BÖZEQ, we work to ensure you receive your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. Below, we detail our shipping conditions:

1. Transport company

All our shipments are made through the courier company NACEX, with 24-hour working hours service.

2. Shipping times

  • The estimated delivery time is 24 working hours from the time the order leaves our warehouse.
  • No deliveries are made on weekends or holidays.
Shipping days
  • Orders are prepared and shipped Monday through Friday.
  • Weekly submission deadline: Friday at 4:00 PM.

3. Orders placed on weekends or outside of business hours

Orders placed:

  • After 4:00 p.m. on Friday
  • During Saturday or Sunday
  • On holidays

They will be processed and sent the next business day.

4. Delivery delays

Although we work with a fast delivery service, the indicated times are estimates and may be affected by causes beyond BÖZEQ's control, such as:

  • Logistical incidents of the transport company
  • Meteorological conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

BÖZEQ is not responsible for delays arising from these circumstances, although we will always try to help you resolve any issues.

5. Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or notification with the information needed to track it through NACEX.
